Our first signature blend, named after the goddess in Homer's "Odyssey" who looked after Odysseus. This blend is very smooth with a hearty body, notes of cane sugar, candied pecan, and bakers chocolate with a sweet finish. The flavors can be subtle and will have you wanting more, much as Calypso was to Odysseus.
